I am only seeing a 4% penalty in my current vehicles, though it was much higher in my previous ones.

I was reading your gas saving tips and you said not to use ethanol. Does it also give you a 10% penalty?

I waited until I had over a million points and started to "purchase" 1,000 chances, using 100,000 points every week. When I got down to 100,000 points remaining, I used 50,000 points and that is when I won the prize. I hope this is helpful.

So Chris, to get the gas card did you save up your points or by some each week?
